For 25 years, Rian Jorgensen has specialized in lawyers professional liability (LPL), along with related executive liability lines of coverage, such as directors & officers (D&O) and employment practices liability (EPL). As a broker who is also an attorney, Rian provides AHERN's clients with risk management consulting and insurance coverage counsel, in order to minimize loss and maximize claim recoveries.
Rian began his career with J.H. Minet, the Lloyd’s brokerage that pioneered LPL coverage. Prior to joining AHERN, he was most recently a Claim Advocate at Marsh, in the financial and professional liability practice group.
Rian is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.A.) and Santa Clara University (J.D.).
